Bought the PixPro SP360 recently. It is quite fun to play with, as vs. GoPro. But I have encountered an issue and would like to see if anyone else encounters the same, and how to resolve.
I'm using Mac running OSX 10.10.1, and I have downloaded and installed the PixPro SP360 software for Mac v1.07 from Kodak's website. The website said this verion is for OSX 10.8 & 10.9. And I just could open the software. I double click it and it attempts to open, but then quits after a few second. I did read the user manual saying that for the 1st time running the software, one needs to connect the SP360 to the computer via USB, which I did. And what's weird about this was that I indeed had it opened for once (with SP360 connected via wifi). Although it didn't seem running properly (as some of the functionities were disabled), at least it opened. But it's just that one time only. Can't open it again since then. I've tried to re-install it, but no luck still.
Emailed Kodak's customer support, and they asked me to call their tech people, which I can never get through.
Anyone has experienced the same. Can share your experience and advice?
