I was once a sony fans, from Profeel Pro, Walkman, Discman, MD, MicroDV, Clie... after I switch to Mac & iPhone, I don't use any Sony's product anymore...
I hope I would happy with this Sony new gadet again : )

- I plan to use A7R with my M mount lens mainly.
- so far, I have tested, 75luxV1, NoctE58, 35Lux, 50APO, 21ASPH.
- they all works fine without much purplish corner.
- the shutter sound is a bit awkward and loud.
- battery die very quick.
- super handy, compact and easy to use.
- focus peeking extremely helpful, virtually zero focus mistake.
- comfortable grip, solid built.
- would I sell my M9P? No
- is it better than M? I don't know

But I like this little gadget : )

the picture looks more like a F/1.4 setup regarding the out of focus rendering?  is it normal comparing shooting it on M9P? (particularly the vignetting)

gone thru some reviews and seems A7r is the best 36mp at ISO 25600
great camera at best price/performance ratio so far, very smart buy
