430/43999 Grand Seiko Chronometer repair

This was posted just somewhere in the forum but not inside the Grand Seiko site. Tried to delete the original post but failed. So make some changes and posted in appropriate place.
I  have a 430/43999 Grand Seiko Chronometer GS that needs repair. A 35 jewel diashock with calender. I can wind it. The watch runs. When the crown is pulled out to first stop, I can adjust the day either forward or backward. When pulled out to the second stop, I can only adjust the time in an anticlockwise direction. I can turn the crown clockwise but the hands will not move and if I turned too much, the crown would come off. other than that, the watch runs OK.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

i don't own any vintage GS, so i cannot say for sure.
but i think your best chance in hk is taking it back to the official repairing center, thongsia.

know of any good repair man. For camera, we have Uncle Tst of Panda. Do you know any good one for watches?   Generally for cleaning and minor repair/tune up.
