If you don't mind the cost, Epson stylus pro 4910 + Tecco germany photo paper + download Tecco printer profile, its professional level in Europe.

The specifications of the Epson Pro4910 looks very well but the size of the printer is a little bit big. Any suggestion for a A3 printer which has a smaller footprint ?

Check out this site and his recommended carbon-ink printing. I have tried it with my Epson R1800 printer with great results. But I didn't print often enough, so the printer head clogged.....
