Just curious, how do you compare the sound of the Midnight blue tuner and it's Sparkler S304 tuner sibling?

Both are nice with different looks.

Sparkler has a slightly higher gain.

Finally got a pair of "Lens" to try out. Obviously, full range driver is not for everyone. Although they are powerful enough for the size, but I do miss the bass of my Atohm speakers...

Try to put the Lens closer to the wall to find a sweet spot of better bass.

I find while it is not comparable to floor standing speakers with bigger bass drivers, the low frequencies that Lens is able to generate is natural and coherent.

It is a matter of quality vs quantity of bass.

Of course, it will be ideal if both exist. If not, some people prefer heavy bass and do not mind the quality. Others can enjoy limited bass which is clear, fast, dynamic and real.

At the end of a day, personal preference and taste dominate the choice.

I guess everything has its limits and Lens is no exception. It is intended to be used in small desktop space.

Having said that I know Kimura san has used a few pairs stacked for shows

How did he connect the speakers? In parallel ?

Someone has told me to try similar method with my La Scala.

I did ask a few years back and is as you said, some forms of parallel or combinations of. I doubt if too many would be ready to buy 4 pairs to play like that.

Again, I know people stack Quad57s and even JBLs..., never say never!
