Heliopan filter 最近QC唔多得？

小弟最近因為玩黑白，所以從B&H入了一批filter，有B+W有Heliopan，但發現我買的兩塊Heliopan filter背面都有甩coating現象，感到非常失望

雖然在實戰情況下，甩coating對成像影響不大，但始終是不完美

請問其他師兄有沒有類似的經歷？

Brought about 10 filters from B+H a year ago. One of them has the rim slightly bended. Yes, it is really disappointing when shipping stuff from so far away.

though I have been using B+W (and occasionally Heliopan) for many years, i now think it is such a waste of money. now i would use Hoya HMC series or even Marumi DHG SUPER series.

they are MUCH cheaper and I don't see any visible difference.

You must be right.  Hoya is sooooooo much better these days!

The multi-coated high-end Hoya is even more expensive than Heliopan, though

買過兩塊heliopan,  覺得heliopan比b+w 易花， 唔知係咪我黑仔呢

For ultimate optical performance, it is best not to use filters.
But if you must, Hoya/Kenko is probably OK.  If Hoya aspheric lens elements are good enough for Leica for their lenses, their filters should be good enough for me.

Since I'm doing B+W on Monochrom, I guess there's not much choice but to use filters sometimes.

It's a long battle with the 27 Lugard Road saga but otherwise I am good.
