I am beginning to appreciate what Zeiss did with the Contax series.
Another black hole but a lot cheaper...

I just finished reading a Zeiss book.
It's sad that the greatest optical company in history retired from photographic equipment due to lack of cost control and smart marketing.

I do not have any shots by Contax + Zeiss lens, only some by Zeiss lens on Nikon or Leica.
Once I dig them out, will share.
