Never Give Up
To prepare for Sahara race, Saturday, me and the student walked whole day from Discovery Bay to Ngong Ping, passing Sunset Peak (869M) and Lantau Peak (934M), total more than 30km training.
I have scheduled a training on Sunday too. So I thought why not start a bit earlier so that I can shoot sunrise and then carry on my hiking training afterward.
So I pack carry my gears, Alpa Max, Rodie lens, DB, Gitzo series 3 and AS Cube ... (around 10kg)
My legs were tire and painful when I was walking uphill in the middle of the night...
I want to quit many many times (so as to avoid hurting my legs, my knee, my ankle (excuses...)
Every time when I want to quit, I take a deep breathe ... one step after another... finally I reached Sunset Peak right on time.
The sunrise if beautiful, and this picture is my trophy.
