This is a rare early version of Nippon Kogaku Tokyo 5cm F1.4 (50/1.4) LTM screw mount lens with all the accessories you wanted. It has close up function as the 50/2 LTM version and is an ideal match for Sony A7/A7R.
This set includes the following:
1. Nippon Kogaku Tokyo 5cm F1.4 in very nice vintage condition. Clean and clear, no oil on blade
2. Alumimium black paint front cap. It only fits this lens, no the later S-mount verison.
3. Black bakelite container with NIKKOR label. Very nice condition.
4. Original 3-piece hood with match leather case. Usually the front rim (the one on the right) is missing and you will need it to mount your Series 7 filter on the lens without the hood. Also, it serves as a protection to strengthern the rim of the Al hood as shown on the second photo.
5. A Tiffen clear filter for protection.
