These focusing screen can fit Rolleiflex TLRs with removable viewing hoods (except Rolleflex GX and FX). According to Bill Maxwell, they can be used on the following TLRs:

Here is how "Hi-Lux Micro/Split RF (Type II) (Grid Lines)" looks like.  

HI-LUX Micro/Split RF (Type II): A split image rangefinder (4 mm diameter) surrounded by a microprism doughnut (7 mm dia.) which is surrounded by a bright matte field.  It comes with grid lines.

This is Item #1 (95% new)
